Well done us Brits !!! Restrictions were put in place last Friday no more social get togethers all bars, restaurants theatres, cinemas, leisure centres to close to stop mass gatherings resulting in the spread. A lot of retailers and fast food chains closed their doors too. Great but what did we do as a Nation all weekend we congregated in public open spaces thinking that being out in the fresh air socialising meant immunity. Let’s hope so because Monday saw the government announcement to lock down – only go out to shop for essentials, exercise once a day, attend medical appointments if necessary – once again we didn’t conform we carried on regardless but fewer deaths today (43) so we must be beating it. Give yourselves a big pat on the back for the part you played in making this happen. Am I being sarcastic – yes too right I am – Get real everyone and for crying out loud take this serious for all our sakes !!!!!!!!
